I'm curious

How many here is a fan of the GMT II Pepsi or Coke bezel? The Pepsi bezel has always been one of my favorite, I didn't buy it before because I bought a Sea-Dweler at the time, but I promissed myself that I would buy it one day. I also think the Pepsi bezel is a classic and deserve a place in any collection. What you guys think?

If I had to choose just one it would be the pepsi. But I plan on having all 3 inserts eventually.

I wish I could afford this one too. I hope I can hit the Mega or the Lotto before my AD sells the one he has.

The Pepsi is the ultimate GMT IMHO. It's the original bezel that started it all and IT CAN'T BE BEAT!!!!

My personal favourite is the black/burgundy "Coke" bezel insert.

Nice photos! I wish I had a Pepsi. Trying to save for another Rolex. Serious about the Pepsi GMT, M series preferably. We'll see.

If Rolex would have released a ceramic (Cerachrom) version of the Pespi GMT this year at Basel I would be on the list.... maybe some day

Truly great! Excepting the 6236 {you're right Bo} the classic GMT or GMT2 IMHO is the best looking Rolex.. Soon after I bought my first GMT {1967} two of my friends followed suit. The color bezel on their models was a quite garish violet color with the blue..I remember not liking it. They weren't too keen on it either..How long did this shade prevail and has it reached any collector status?

I liked the Coke better, but must have both. So, I just bought a new Pepsi to go with my Coke.
