Submariner in sub freezing temperature

I've been wearing my subc a lot and often times, I wear it while jogging and on long walks (2+ hours) is really cold weather. It's often exposed to the elements between my cuff and glove. I assume this is fine but thought i would see if there was a reason give my gshock some wrist time lol. Safe in sub-freezing temps?

It will be about the same temperature as your body anyway as long as it's physically connected to your skin.

A watch will get as hot as it's surrounding air in a sauna for example if you just put it in there. Having it on your wrist it will be quite close to your skin temperature.

Your Sub can't tell what temperature it is..

Your wrist will stop working before the watch does..

Akira (Oleg) froze his Air King solid, lost 57 seconds in 12 hours. Went back to about 5 seconds/day after he thawed it.

And I disagree with all you guys. I think it's too cold for a sub. I'm going to have to pick up an explorer II for my expeditions. It's the right thing to do.
Lol

11 mile hike today

I have worn my Sub. over a wet suit glove while ice diving in freezing weather with no timekeeping problems even after ice formed on it.
Also the same while just sledding at about 15 degrees F.
