Didn't realize protein was important to lose weight. I'm just counting calories. about 2 lbs per week in 3 weeks.
My breakfast is small (100-200), lunch is medium(500-900), snack (200) and then small dinner (500-800).

The best way to lose fat is kick the start the body right out of bed, one cup of coffee and 45 minutes on the treadmill and or doing P90x and then breakfast and go about your day..
Losing weight without working on your metabolism is very hard. |
