Ticking
Hey everybody, I have kinda a weird question. With my 16013 I can hear the thing ticking from 4 feet away out of right ear but can't hear it even when I have it up against my left ear. Does anyone else hear theirs ticking very fast? Or is my one ear bionic or something 🙈

From four feet away, wow,,, I can hear the fast ticketa, ticketa, ticketa only by holding it right up against my ear.

You won't always be able to hear so well, so enjoy it while you can, because when you start losing your hearing, you won't like it.

Amazing hearing in that right ear.
I have to put my watches to my ear to hear them ticking. Watch out for trucks on your LHS.

Is the watch sitting on anything that could be resonating? (night table, dresser, etc?)

I think you should pull out the crown and stop the movement, and see if you still hear the ticking

If it's really quiet in the room I can hear my sub ticking but not from 4 feet away. For example on my wrist with my hands on the computer keyboard I can hear it.
I have a 3035 movement in two different watches and one I can hear like I just described but the other I can only hear if it's super quiet in the room and I hold the watch to my ear. |

I'm not able to hear my Omega under regular circumstances. If i were to sit quietly with nothing making noise, i could. But when i sleep at night, i count the ticks to fall asleep when it's next to my ear.
Timex's, i can hear from the other room.
