Freshening an OQ - questions

My 19018 needs a new crown tube & gasket. The stem also feels much looser than my 17013 which was reworked at RSC a few years ago. Do stem seals come with the tube & gasket, or are they separate?

TIA

Crown tubes seals etc are replaced as part of routine service and there are many mechanical parts in the OQ.
