Whats the deal with the SS Datona?
Ive just called my AD,here, and they have just received a SS Daytona (white dial) with a very good price(something like u$$11.000)...I asked a bout a black dial ,and they said its coming,also...
The price seemed great, cause ,normally a sub date would cost something around u$$7.000... It seems that between currency exchange and AD profits, its better to buy a Daytone than a Sub here.Weird, huh? ...and another question,is it hard to find a SS Daytona abroad?Ive just called the first AD here, and they said "yes,we have it!' Please, enlighten me on the SS Daytone issue... Thanks once again... Daniel |

The SS Daytonas are normally very hard to get, also in Europe. Waiting lists are typically 3 years. But they're only tough to get at MSRP.
11,000 US $ is not a good price since MSRP is 9,200 US $.

The supply seems to be VERY tight at most AD's. More people want one that there are watches to go around.
