Icon5 RSC in NYC... parts question.

Could I just walk in there, get replacement spring bars for a DJ? How much is the fee for this? Also, what's a service price, just basic cleaning and inspection of watch... starting point, usually on pieces from the 1990s and early 2000s?

I think it would be easier to give them a call bud!

Your local AD should have them in stock as well.

Sutter's here in Chicago (Authorized Service Center) wanted $48 and to keep the watch overnight to replace a springbar on my 16760. I passed and my local watch tech (Rolex certified) did it for free.

It's usually about 20 bucks for a pair of spring-bars. Sometimes if you walk into the RSC they will change them at no charge.

Service charge is about 600 bucks; that's complete, they don't do "basic". Replacement of non-expendable parts like crowns and sapphire crystals will cost more

New York RSC can be extremely nasty and bureaucratic.
