SS Daytona Vs Gold

The prices of even the TT Zenith Daytonas seems to be edging up.
Do you guy/gals feel they will close the gap with SS models?

Given that a SS and YG strap models are close in price which way would you go?
Do you think the strap models have much upside?
Not talking investment, just recouping the price.

In terms of desirability for me:

Steel > strap
platinum bracelet > gold bracelet > steel

Isn't that what an investment does ?

In any event, it is all relative. If you buy a TT, you get it at a reduced cost in the used market but it remains stable relative to a SS model. In either case you "recoup" your price down the line

I like the look of a leather strap on the gold model, a blue one and braclet on SS model.
