Speedy, and to add to it, do get it in whatever style or movement you, as long as it is 42mm version I guess. The watch sits just so well on the wrist. I think it is one of the prettiest and the 1957 version they got out now is fantastic. you can go for the classic one, but if it doesnt sing to you, track down the one you like. the Panda is a nice example above, they also made a Gemini version with blue dial-bezel which is gorgeous and bit rare.
Tudor is for the real brand fan. I dont think it needs to be your first chrono. Omega Speedy is like their Submariner - a must own for any watch fanatic.

I ended up picking the speedy over the THC.
I love the watch and it complements my Submariner nicely as a weekender. |

Definitely the Speedmaster, its just such a lovely and versatile piece. Wearing mine as I'm typing this. Going to add pic to try and enable as soon as I have a chance.

Speedmaster between those two. The grey THC would make me think twice though.

x1000...great pix.
A Tudor ETA with a piggy back DD chrono movement is no match for the Prof.

I prefer the Tudor as I have a Speedy type already on the right side of my THC.
