Depends on what you need? If a date and second time zone is important to you then that is your answer.

Both great references. Only you can decide.
For me it's the BLNR. The date function, second time zone, bi-color bezel and overall looks win out.

You don't need either if them, but you might end up getting both.

If you truly can't decide, keep looking or accept that you will eventually have both.

Obviously I would choose the GMT. Since I own one, I did. This is how most answers will go so I'm not sure of the point. But you should choose the one you like better and I recommend you don't buy either until you decide.

I own BLNR and hve owned Daytona. Daytona ended up feeling to small. Inhave small wrists so not sure why bit it just did. Dial is a bit busy. Many will not aggree but I feel the Daytona is dressy and not as sporty as others. GMT is more sporty with the blue, date is great, and ceramic bezel is amazing. Daytona is more ccomfortable on my wrist but not by much. SS Daytonas have really dropped in price on the pre owned market. Probably because people think the ceramic version is coming. I'd pick up GMT now. SS Daytona wih ceramic bezel and a bit bigger would be a dream watch for me

Actually, I think there's a lot of truth to this. Just come to grips with it and pick the one that you need first.

Too right mate!! If it's your only, BLNR - if not and the Daytona is a good price I'd go for it!!

Not to sway your decision, but.....

Got them both but from a practical point of view the GMT wins out over the Daytona. I have to remind myself to start the chrono once a month just to give it some movement.

BLNR functions: GMT, date, rotating two-color ceramic bezel
Daytona SS functions: Chronograph, fixed SS bezel (tackymeter)

The BLNR provides me with more useful functions and nicer looking than the Daytona. So I choose the BLNR with no brainer.

BLNR. If it was the white I would say Daytona. But the black doesn't do it for me.
