Icon7 Insurance of Rolex in Asia countries, particularly South East ASIA

Hi Everyone!

I want to ask opinion from the masters here about how they manage to insure their watches. Of course your collection can worth $10,000 or more so it will be a primary need for us watch enthusiasts to cover it.

Particularly, I'm living in Indonesia, and I have tried to ensure my Subs 16610 on the Jewellers Mutual, well to find out that they won't cover any watches from outside of EU and US.

This leave me and the rest of people from the South East Asia wonder is there any good insurance company that can help to make us feel safe?

Hope to have any great reference from you guys. Because, most of my friends here don't insure their watches. We have workers coming and going of our houses (maids and others) and those externals can steal our watches anytime

Interesting topic. I'm curious to see the responses as well.

Didn't realize it was so hard for our TRF Asian residents to insure their timepieces.

Why don't you ask your nearest Rolex AD?

How about getting a rider on your home insurance policy? That would usually do the trick but premiums maybe higher with limited coverage as compared to the specialist insurer like Jewelers Mutual.

I'm living in Bangkok and I would love to insure my watch collection as well if there's an insurance company available.
