I didn't know that. Too bad. Adam 12 was one of my favorite shows. Some retired LAPD officers I know who worked with him (he really went to the LAPD range, for practice) said he was a nice guy, too.

Route 66 is the show I remember him from. I never watched more than an episode or two of Adam 12, as it started while I was in the service and I never watched much TV afterward.

It really hits home when I see these guys go down.

He looks like a kid here.
