Love it all ! Don't see why Rolex doesn't get in on this ? People customize new cars to their liking , I think most of the high end super car manufacturers will custom paint a car if you pay for it . Rolex has I think 3 models with red hands and even a roulette date wheel ,,, why not a SD with a red sweep and a roulette wheel ? Heck if a customer will pay why not do it ? Oh yah it's Rolex they know what we need and we should be lucky to "own" one .

Looks awesome Sam! I was curious what you were up to this time when you said it was in the shop again. Thanks for the pics!

I typically don't like custom changes either, but this looks really nice.

Thank you, I'm just in the postion where I don't want to have an ever increasing collection and find there are too many similarities between this and my 116600 and in the majority of cases the 116600 wins for wrist time!
I picked up a BLNR last month which I worn twice and that's now off as I've got a couple of planned incoming which will give me a more spread SS three watch collection and then I'd like to add a DD40 I'm not done on a custom but feel now I should of chosen to customise my 116600 or a different model altogether. |

That's a cool mod Sam, wonder how much did Watchwerks (believe it was by them) charged you for the labor?

But ABC could do the complete job themselves. More details here and should have the price in the thread as well http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=440710 |
