Finally back from service at the Rolex Service Center in Tokyo
On this fine Spring day, I took off from work and went to the RSC in Tokyo to pick up my 116528, which had been there since 4 March. It's nice to have it home again.
BTW, I asked whether I would be allowed to switch the dial/hands on my new Explorer to the new "Basel 2016 dial" later this year. They didn't say no. They just said they don't have any information on the new watches yet. |

That's an interesting Rolex Service Pouch, I haven't seen that style before. It looks like it would not retain the watch as well as the press-stud closure service pouches...has Rolex cheaped out on us?
