Medawar Jewelers - Flint, MI AD. I felt like a crook.

This was an honest review, though it was a scathing one.

I was contacted directly by the owner of Medawar and he assured me that it was just a couple bad apples and that he would be personally overseeing a massive customer service overhaul.

I'm not out to destroy anyone's business, so I have decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and remove my reviews.

He was a very kind on the phone, and I think everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, so if this review could just be completely removed it would be nice.

Sorry if removing reviews is frowned upon, though I think it is the kind thing to do since I have incredible respect for small business owners.

I've kept a copy of my review, and if anyone is curious about it, you can feel free to PM me and I will share it, until this post is removed.

I think it is the civilized thing to do.

Love to see these honest reviews... Ironically some and i repeat some of these sales reps tend to be such snobs.. Its like as if working for a luxury watch brand makes them luxury watch owners. Or working in lamborghini makes them lambo owners... lol

Pathetic sales people , unbelievable !
I would have walked out at the first hint
it was fake !!! Didn't she see the protective
plastics in place ??? Plus the receipt from the
other AD of course which is irrelevant ...

Odd. I've only ever been treated well at any of the Medawar establishments I've visited. In fact almost all of the sales staff I've dealt with have been nephews of one brother or the other.

Mind you I've only been in the Lansing and Grand Rapids locations. I can't really address Flint.
