Bear Brained Scheme
Guys
As you probably know, we have been buying my son a collection of luxury bears. Our bear dealer contacted me on Friday to tell me that the founders of Charlie Bears was having a signing day at his store on Saturday and that he only had one "William" bear left in stock. I haven't bought any Charlie Bears for William but this was a nice opportunity for something a little more personal. I paid over the phone and asked him if he could ask Charlotte and William (Charlie bears' founders) to sign him for us. Signed, bagged and boxed, the bear should be with us tomorrow. Looking through their catalogue tonight I noticed a familiar face and name. Sure, he has a little too much hair on his head but that white and grey thick fur covering the rest of his body sure does help him resemble somebody. I give you Jai Jai.... You think the artists might be watch fans????? J |

Paddington station!!!!
Trust you to give me Pooh! We call him our bear dealer becuase he feeds the addiction. These mohair buggers are more addictive and expensive than crack!!!! Soon as a new design limited white tag Steiff Rupert comes out, everything goes on hold until he's home with the others. Of course, at £150 a shot, the boy will never ever play with them but he'll be able to flog them when he gets to 18 for a nice shiny new car!!!! J |

Martin, help me out with the language. Did Jim mean beer dealer or bear dealer. Big different in my neck of the woods.
