GMT 16750 help
Hi all,
Looking to buy a vintage GMT. This has caught my eye: http://www.watchfinder.co.uk/Rolex/G...269/item/71102 What are people's thoughts? As a hunch, the dial seems to be the appropriate MK.1 but looks a tad suspect to me (almost TOO mint). Possible relume? Any help much appreciated. |

For me personally, service parts + thin/over-polished case = deal breaker. YMMV. |

Watch looks nice, but it "seems" to have the sandwiched GMT hand as correct for GMTII.
I really wonder if that is truly a photo of the actual watch. I recently contacted this company to buy a Daytona. They change Rolex crystals out with NON service parts (no LEC) A

Thanks, both. I'll pass on it.
As a further point of interest, I gave the company in question a ring this morning and they won't guarantee originality or authenticity. In fact, they seem highly reticent to even discuss it. Caveat emptor, I suppose... |

I presume this will then pass the crown clockwise test?
