Looks great Tom. Watches are meant to be worn. I only have stainless watches but they get worn for everything. If they won't take what I can give, they're not as tough as their reputation. Obviously, you feel the same way.

Is the wear on the PCLs due to the nature of the oyster band, the nature of platinum, or the fact that the watch is worn in all situations?

I have a 30 year old jubilee bracelet that is worn in all situations and it still looks really good, but I have a stainless Daytona on order and am wondering what to expect.
Oyster band is a scratch magnet.
No worries, just remove the bracelet and get a quick polish and it brand new again!

James Cameron got his own DSSD... I think Dr. Tom should get his own Daytona. Make it happen Rolex.

Looks great! Love platinum because you can polish it over and over again and not lose any material over time. My favorite PM and the platona is my favorite Rolex.

Four years Have flown by! I think it's served you admirably and if you wanted to send it in and get it polished back up like new would be fine by me.

What? If that's the case; why polish it?
