What Dwells On My Wrist

What a watch, cool and great definitely is understatement to describe charm and beauty of this watch. I should have got it before. I remember saying that it's just GMT MASTER II with staggering unfathomable sea going version but I was wrong after picking up SEA Dweller 4000 116600.
Diver's extension link is even giving away it's tool watch axiom. To better wrist comfort I removed it completely. Still, the watch was rotating around my wrist then I discovered bracelet clasp and easily adjusted to the narrowest position. Then it worked like charm no need to remove one link to adjust the bracelet to my wrist. It was revelation. The screw for the extension is longer than bracelet link screw too.
Even with full links, the watch is very nicely sit on my wrist.
I wouldn't leave it unsaid, the click of the bezel when you rotate is something that you need to experience, trust me
Only one gripe is the color of the lume. I expected it to be blue but it's rather greeny hue. Not bad at all but no good as what DEEP SEA offers

Big CONGRATS! The 116600, IMHO, one of the best Rolex has to offer. Definitely top 3 in my book.

Cheers,
Joe

Solid choice!
Did you have the center links polished?

First thing I noticed was the PCL, guessing you had them done?

Congrats. I picked mine up a couple of weeks ago. I too thought the lume would be more blue like my Deepsea and Sub C were. It is blue but more subtle than I expected.

Not a fan of the polished parts, looks like an identity crisis...

Am I a tool watch, or a datejust II with a satin dial and a chunky bezel, or am I bling?

But a great watch none the less, big congrats, I was just looking at one yesterday!
I really enjoyed the feel on the wrist.

Interesting mods. Beautiful watch nonetheless. Mine is watching me type at this moment. Enjoy it in good health anyway you like it. I also noticed the green lume of mine. It does not bother me at all. I can also see you polished the lugs of your GMT BLNR.
