Tropical Storm Brings Tropical Fruit

I really hope everyone is staying safe in Florida! Tropical storm Fay is on her way out of south Florida and luckily we didn't get it too bad in Palm Beach County. A few isolated tornadoes in the western part of the county, the usual flooding, and power outages. Pretty mild compared to what we are used too.

On the upside, my wife and I found a surprise after surveying the back yard for damage.

The high winds gave our Mango tree a good shake and it dropped a few treats for us.

Stay safe Floridians!!!

What many people don't realize with these storms is that the winds aren't the damaging factor. It's the power and force of the water that is thrust upon the sea level communities.

Stay safe everyone....
