Today I fondly utilized: The Pilot 3776 Burl. B nib!
And I used a Guacamole green ink that I accidentally mixed myself, but absolutely LOVE!!!

I bought my first fountain pen after stumbling upon this thread. After some research, I went with the Pilot Metropolitan thinking that it would be a good way to get my feet wet. I love it and will never go back to a ballpoint.

I once ate one peanut.
I once ate one potato chip. Today I used my Platinum Izumo Ginsen Yakamonuri. The next pen I buy will be the next to last pen I will ever buy. |

I did not use this beauty today, but it's a good excuse to post a pic.
Got a sweet incoming later this week.

And the comment about something "incoming" with no more information than that would lead me to believe you have been at the cognac and cigars a bit too much today!

Now you have flipped a big booger on us with the "endless night" comment. With a description like that it better write beautifully and tell time within plus or minus 6 seconds a day! Can't wait to see it!

Nope, I don't know the model number to be honest, but it is slimmer than the 146. I actually worked my way up to the full set back then (pencil being a present from my dad, so very special to me) when they used to come with the cool black hard cases.

I like them a lot (minus the BP which is nothing special).
The fountain has a Med nib, which is flexible enough and very comfortable. The pencil, I love (0.7 mm). When it comes to a ballpoint, NOTHING beats my Surefire Pen II.
