Rolex Serial Number
Hi can anyone tell me what a 1976 rolex with serial number starting 4407 mean , does it mean it has had a replacement part , and if so how much would that effect the value

The 44xxxx serial cases are replacement numbers.
You could not determine that it was a 1976 release without further documentation.

As stated above, a replacement case, and it all but kills the value on the collector market. It could still be a very nice looking vintage Rolex, but it just won't have the same collectibility and value any more.
