I need a beater and your help

So I'm on the market for a daily beater so I can pair it with my YM. Criteria is: Automatic, easy to replace (I think close to USD 500), rubber strap since it's more comfortable than most steel bracelets found in this market and sports watch. I've been looking around at seikos, especially the Turtle Padi, and swatch sistem51.

I want to know what are your recommendations? What do you use a a daily beater?

Thanks!

BLNR and or Tudor chronograph

When I'm skiing or similar I use a seiko skx007 which is great, but I do find myself wanting for the Tudor

^This. Choice of colors, throw in a Bonetto Cinturini rubber strap, and you're al set.

You can't beat a G-Shock as a beater.... doesn't meet your criteria though

The seiko samurai pictured above...... Probably the best daily wear beater for the $$$'s.

Or a Tudor.... Tough with good pedigree...

Definitely can't go wrong with any of the Seikos listed above. How about a slightly different suggestion - a Magrette. They meet your criteria, and as a small independent New Zealand-based watch company you won't see many others in the wild.
