One for sale on Chrono for 14K. Amazes me how people get away with it. I know it's a supply and demand market but who pays that amount over the RRP, crazy. I'll just have to play the waiting game ;-)

They may be asking $14k, but is anyone actually buying at that price?

and the funny thing is no one knows if it will even be a limited allotment like the daytona....most likely it wont be....
it probably will be along the lines of the BLNR or DSSD-B.....so basically wait a few months and you can get one... only a fool pays over MSRP......just like only fools lineup for 24hrs to get the newest iphone meanwhile i get my iphone a week later DELIVERED |

So true, agree with you that the lining up over night to get the newest iPhone is just ridiculous.

Bad one for me my local AD who I purchased all my Rolex from including numerous PM models lost the Rolex status last month and now I have no pulling rights lol. I contacted the local goldsmiths from Basel last month just after the release and they just dumped in a lower place in list but did say if I purchased a Skydweller from them I'd have 1st dabs, is that not blackmail lol.

It fits perfectly in with my red theme. TBH if it didn't have the writing I would have passed. |

The new Sea Dweller has really grown on me for a larger size piece, but the price at MSRP is still kind of pricey for what it is, even with Calibre 3235 (although the new DJ 41 offers as well)

It will not sell well at 8350 in the UK once the hype dies down very shortly. If you want a larger Rolex you'd be better off with an Explorer 42 or DSSD.
The only way they'll continue to sell at that price is if they drastically limit supplies. In other words a very niche market. |

these canadian prices keep dropping in relation to the dollar. it is sick, under 9750 now for that watch.

I bet a few ADs are pi££ed off today . The UK market is well controlled at present let's hope it stays that way.Mostly real enthusiasts are getting the new bits from Rolex.Nothing will ever be perfect but it seams good at the moment let's hope it lasts. |
