Does this mean no more dd40, or room for another pm daily? Keep in mind I have like 5 daily so I get it

I voted Green dial GMT, but I also agree with your suggestion of WG/Plat instead with the attire as stated.....or a maybe a RG Yachtmaster/Oysterflex perhaps?

Green is nice but I would do black for GMT. More versatile.

But my favorite Rolex is the Sub and anything sunburst puts it over the top. I love mine:
Also agree with glidelock for the kill... That REALLY helps me, as my wrists seem to really fluctuate here in the Florida heat.
Especially on heavier PM watches, it is even more important. It is SO much better than easylink (at least for me).
Dear Rolex, please start putting glidelock clasps on all your sports models...

Thanks guys....I have the daydate, but my thoughts were...if I'm going to wear a daily ( or very regularly worn in rotation ) gold watch, i don't want to worry about whacking the bezel, I'm active all day, so the ceramic suits my lifestyle for sure. Also have my Daytona on leather as well.
Also surprised at the response about the matching with my attire....I thought the GMT with the green would be a better fit. Thank you for the responses

The blue sub crushes it. If I may quote from provocative novelist James Joyce (Ulysses), "Yes yes oh yes."

Both are grail watches for a log of people, and are two of the coolest watches out there IMO. As for your poll I say GMT as a daily wear

Of these two I would take the blue sub- That being said, I would prefer either model with a black dial for a daily.

Every time i want to say the Sub, i just can't let go that green and YG combo. I think i might have more pros for the Sub, but wait... that green and gold again .... i couldn't pick one, guess if you really are into one of them, you'll know which one to choose

Agree... I look at them together, like the pic I first posted. The Sub is easy, no brainer, simple beauty! But, like you said there's something a little 'wow' about the gold/green!

Thanks again guys:)

Blue Sub. It would be easier to match daily attire unless you green is your thing.

I love Joyce, and took a whole semester class in college on JUST Ulysses.
One of the best closing paragraphs of any book ever. To quote exactly the last phrase applicable to getting a YG Blue Sub...

Quote:
...his heart was going like mad and yes I said yes I will Yes."
-James Joyce, Ulysses

Which is also how I feel about the Blue Sub... YES!!!!

I think we should draw more fine literature into our posts here.. Well done John!

Thank you, I have the YG DD. I was just looking for a YG with ceramic, to wear more often, without worrying as much about dinging the bezel. I'm very active throughout the day and it's not very conducive for the beautiful fluted bezel. I have a YG Daytona on leather, that I'll rotate also (have to watch that bezel also )

Hard call on this one... i looked at buying the green dial GMT before i decided on the sub (i bought the black one not the blue)
The green dial is beautiful and totally mesmerising.... but... couldn't get my head around the bezel and didnt want the GMT complication as ive already got a batman and saw no need for it....
I looked at what ive had over the years and ive found for me personally any outstanding colour on a watch gets boring as it just always looks the same.... neutral colours tend to be less in your face and dont change pending on your mood or attire.(hard to explain that if you get what i mean?)

thats my personal opinion hence i didnt get the green dial GMT, a little bit of me regrets it but i know eventually i would have flipped it as i would have been bored with it.

My perfect all rounder
