Advice please

My manual watch makes noise whenever I shake it. Is it from the balance wheel? Because it does not have a rotor , any suggestion as to what could be wrong ?
Thanks

Maybe nothing.

Lots of mechanical watches make noise when you shake it.

It all depends on what kind of noise.

Its not like I have been shaking it on purpose, I shaked it by mistake and that was when I noticed the noise, I have never dropped the watch before

Looks like a fairly complicated watch. Being only 1 of 50 you should probably send it in for service.

Being an automatic, not a manual wind, something could be wrong with the rotor or bearings.

Good luck.
