Question about Datejust hands

Hello all, just wondering about what hands Rolex offered for the Datejust 1603? I know the common hands are stick and they offered dauphine but I came across a beautiful blue dial but it has stick hands with small points on the end? (Not square) The buyer claims the watch is 100% original.

Also noticed the lume doesn't have much patina?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Please refer to the attached photo.

Thanks in advance!
