Vintage Rolex 5512 stolen in Antwerp Belgium yesterday

Hi,

My 5512 was stolen from my wrist by professional pick pockets yesterday.

Please keep an eye out for this one and please spread the word were you can.

Chances to get it back are little i know but i'm hoping for a small miracle...

Greets
Robby

Terrible news. Post full serial number so that google will pick it up if it's asked about.

Hi Robby, good luck recovering your watch. Some terrible Aholes around depriving people from their hard earned acquisitions. It is truly terrible to hear news like this. Have you filed a report to the local police? On occasions they arrest these gangs so there is likelihood that your watch may be found. Let them know of the serial of the watch too.

Makes me extra sad when vintage pieces get stolen. They are almost impossible to replace. Hope it hits a good grey dealer who will turn it in.

my condolences......glad to hear you are not hurt......at times we have to put this stuff in perspective.....but it still hurts i am sure.

Situations like this make me reluctant to wear anything in excess of 10k replacement value. I have a red that, if stolen, would ruin my year. Sucks.......because all i can do now is visit them at the bank....

Best to post all over the internet with something like this

Stolen Rolex 5512 serial # 2795339

If found, please contact me at " "

This way if people search for stolen rolex serial# "yours" it will more likely come up.

Best of luck to you. It may find its way back to you this way.

Absolutely gutted for you , I hope the thieves are caught soon & that your watch is also found quickly . Hopefully it will find its way into a honest dealer ,or be posted on the internet & someone recognises the serial number & reports it the authorities.

My Rolex Explorer I was stolen in a burglary a few years back (long story), but the bottom line is that the numpty thief tried to sell it to a jewellers who checked the serial number and was notified it was stolen. Bottom line is that I got my watch back and the (prolific) burglar was sent down (not for long enough mind you).

So keep the faith...

Yes it’s very easy for them ,I had a similar experience but with a better ending luckily ,was at a very fancy brunch in So Cal at a Hilton hotel & they have a magician that they have walk from table to table doing tricks ,one of his tricks was he pulled my watch out from behind my ear ,I didn’t even know he had taken of my wrist.
