Wives & Watches (Photo)

Sorry to disappoint but the photos are of watches not the wife. Do your wives share your interest in watches?

I don't have a wife!!!!!

Husband, yes.

He shares the love, but not to the extreme. He's happy with his Heuers. He says he would never spend that much money on a watch.

He has spent crazy amounts on motorcycle parts. That's where other people say they would never spend that much money on motorcycle parts. Or tires.

Again, luckily we are all different!

+1 diamonds and shoes with rock studs and red soles. One omega is enough for her. Money well spent on my park LOL

My wife does not share my love of watches. She jokes all the time that I have a Rolex and she has a five dollar watch from Walmart with a picture of a cartoon monkey on the dial.

My older daughter likes blingy watches and leans toward Citizens with Swarovski crystals and MOP dials. My younger daughter has grown to love the 1955 Bulova Sea King she gets to wear out of my watch box.

My cat? Well, he doesn't care what kind of watch is around as long as his food bowl is filled in a timely manner.

She certainly does. We trooped around Portland yesterday in the hunt for a brand new Hulk - no luck. Maybe we'll find one on our honeymoon next year. Oops sorry she's not my wife yet

My wife could never understand my...weakness...until I bought her DJ 36 and now she can't stop. Started looking and even wearing some of mine. I think I created a monster.

I’ve gotten my husband more into watches. His daily is a Sub 16610 that he’s now worn straight for ten years! He likes the DJ41 and I think in a few years he’ll add one.

I’ve been crazy into watches since I was a young girl.....best hobby! Have gone through dozens. It’s in my blood!

Mine doesn’t really care or notice. She’s worn my 214270 once and I think I was happier about it than she was. She knows that I enjoy watches, but never notices one from another. My kids however, (both teenagers) are hooked. They don’t own or wear any yet, but the fascination is there.

Got her a TT DJ for her 30th birthday with the hope it would spark interest in the hobby. It didn't get her excited enough to become a collector, but she does love her DJ and talk about watches more now. She also seems more interested in giving opinions towards my next purchases, and she doesn't roll her eyes as often when we talk prices :)

My wife's already a flipper, made me flip the 31 for the 36. She wants me to add a DJ TT now. I should have kept this hobby to myself

Currently, the only watch my Wife is interested in is the Speedy Pro. Specifically, the hesalite model with the "Flight Qualified..." Inscription on the case back. That's my next purchase, and she's welcome to wear it anytime she wants! Her favorite from my current collection is the red/black 16710. Basically, she has very little interest in watches...
