That means you're normal, she has a very limited amount of talent.

That plus she tends to wear a bit too much make-up.

Double edged sword, she's popular with teenage girls because she does things and says things that aren't very mature, if she were mature and didn't write about her exes the swifties would walk. She doesn't really appeal to many folks over 25 unless you really like her music or writing. I think she's a great writer just not subject I care about, good singer and drop-dead gorgeous there is appeal there. She's a smart business woman, and I kind of feel the same way about Katy Perry. No choice but to appeal to your base cause they're the ones who buy the albums, not us, not our demo. It's funny how similar they are and that they hate each other, LOL YOUTH!!

Shake it off is catchy but I'm not her target audience.

I love her and like her music. She is really talented and can play various instruments. She either writes, or helps write all of her songs. She grew up with wealthy parents, but STILL had the drive and determination to become a phenomenal success. Seriously, how many teenagers would have the ambition to work 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week? She is obviously very intelligent. You could do worse in terms of her being a role model.

She's talented, smart and a hard worker no doubt, but you either love or hate her look. I love it but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

Don’t be too harsh in your judgement Greg, she is still trying to get over me and our hot and heavy sexual relationship; she was definitely in to me big time and although I tried to let her down easy when I told her it was over... she didn’t take it well. She’s a good kid... but, well, she got in to that whole: “I want us to be exclusive” thing and there is too much man of me to limit myself to one beautiful young star. Poor kid... she keeps texting and calling all the time, practically begging me to take her back. Sigh... well, I’m sure she’ll get over it soon. .. ..... .....

I had to endure that "shake it something" song again in their car today.....God I cant stand that ....if had to listen to that over a day id shoot myself.....IMHO its like she trying to hard to make a hit...Next time I will arm myself with headphones and Led Zeppelin or SRV.

I would never buy one of her albums but I saw her the other night on SNL and she wasn't horrible.

Taylor Swift is really successful but honestly don't think she is crazy talented or that she's attractive at all. Thats what the media sells is a bubble gum pop pricesss with blonde hair but she is average to say the best.

I've never met her, so I can't say whether I like her or not.

She's never said anything disparaging about me though.

I wish I had her limited amount of talent. She writes her own songs, Music and produces them herself. She is able to perform multiple types of music and is successful in everything she does. If you call that limited you and I have a very different definition of the word. Perhaps you meant Miley Cyrus who has to parade herself half naked in order to garner attention?

Having said that I don't care for her music or any modern music for that matter. I only know about her because my daughter and wife listen to her music.

I’d def date her... I got a thing for chicks a little nutty and when the honeymoon period was over and she kicked me to the curb....I’d enjoy listening to the next few album songs that described our toxic relationship.

“Youuuu came in smelllinggggg like a skunkkkk skunk skunkkkk skunkkk u were drunk drunkkk drunkkk drunkkk stevnnnnn I hateee youuuuu” repeat x10 Grammy nominee the whole 9

I like some of her songs. I like how determined she was to get established and how hard she worked.

Her music doesn’t appeal to me and she seems annoying on a personal level, but she is very successful and has a huge fan base so I have to give her credit for that. There are a ton of people (mostly teen and pre-teen girls, I’m sure) who love her.

If she comes on the station I’m listening to in the car there’s a 50/50 chance I change it or listen.

She knows how to market her brand brand. I personally think an alley cat sings about as well, but so long as teenage girls and moms keep buying her stuff she will be just fine.
