Use shoe trees, brush them every time you wear them, do some periodic conditioning, and they will look new for years.

The trees will sort that out if they are a close fit. It helps if you don’t wear them every day too. The leather needs to dry out - moisture is not a friend of leather.

FWIW, my 10 year old Redwing’s aren’t creased as deeply as those. Could be the grade of the leather.

Better leather and if you care for it properly will age better. It also doesn’t hurt to take pictures when they are new.
