Yes, I wear a SubC with a suit all the time and never felt it was out of place.

I don't wear my YM or SD43 with a suit. Doesn't feel right to me. They're not dress watches. Business casual is as far as I'll go with a sports watch.

I default to my AP 15400 when wearing a suit but yeah...absolutely...my 114060 has been dressed up with a 3 piece on more than one occasion!

GMTc with a suit or tux no problem. It's only a couple of times a year so really not worth owning a "proper" dress watch for me.

I wear a sub with a suit. It goes just as well with a suit as any DJ you can get (not that I have anything against a DJ, because I don't).
I just don't wear a suit enough to justify having a Patek Phillipe Calatrava (which is the ideal watch for dressing up IMHO). |

NEVER if you're over 26 years old. It's fine to pretend James Bond up to then....but after that....it's just....well........

In this age, a 'proper' dress watch, while showing an understanding of sartorial etiquette is no longer the necessity it once was. It comes down to personal choice, and what you're comfortable with and what watches you already may have. FWIW I think a Sub looks fine in a suit and tux....a far better look than a smart watch that everyone seems to think is the one/done time piece of late.

Since I don’t tend to hang out with Royalty, I think the odds of anyone I know feeling my $8,000 watch is inappropriate in the company of their $300 Men’s Warehouse suit are slim to none.

I think a black sub you can get a away with it. The black dial just make it look more formal. I think when you spent $6k+ on a watch you should able to wear it anywhere even to formal event :)

I don’t but I think the black dial ND Sub can be a dress watch.

I don't wear a suit for business, but I would wear my Sub 14060 or my DJ 41 with a suit with no hesitation

I've worn my 114060 with a suit without hesitation and I now wear my SD43 with one as well...don't even think twice about it as long as it fits under the cuff.

I do not own a Sub, however my wife bought me an Omega Seamaster MC300 (close match to Sub) as a wedding present, I wore it on a black alligator leather strap on our wedding ... matched my tux to perfection. It’s the only time I’ve worn it with a tux, and I’ll never regret it! (Photographer commented how much he liked it) I switched it to a Bond NATO where it’s been ever since.. (it was born on an Omega tan/honey colored leather with deployant strap) but I think it looks exquisite with formal wear. So I vote yes
