This watch is so awesome by every measure. That fist pic shows how handsome it is. The one thing that ruined it was the GMT hand(discussed ad nauseam) pointing just outside the perimeter of the chapter ring.

Nice. My only concern is the thickness (smaller wrists here) but other than that looks cool!

I'm a modernist, I love a ceramic bezel because they stay factory fresh. This watch though really, really calls to me. GMT is my favorite complication, I like the increased size compared to a Rolex, it's a true GMT and the price is insane for what you get. Congrats and enjoy!

Great write up! I couldn't agree more.
I didn't expect to love it and even almost dismissed it due to the thickness... until I saw it in person. It really wears beautifully and the chamfers, lack of crown guards, chapter ring, all of it makes me think of a 6542!

The other cool thing I read somewhere is that, despite this being a Tudor in-house movement, it uses the GMT module from the Rolex 3186 movement now that the 126710 and other future watches are starting to use the new movement.

They did a great job with this one. I personally thought they had exhausted the Black Bay line with all the variations but this one was a great addition.

In terms of variations, the Black Bay line really isn’t any more exhausted than the Rolex professional line. It’s just that Tudor choose to name them all under the Black Bay umbrella.
