Amazing Unpolished Condition 1977 vintage Rolex Explorer II ref. 1655 "Freccione" a.k.a Steve McQueen

...featuring a correct time period Dial T Swiss < 25 T - Rolex "lollipop" Hands, 24 Hour bezel, including
the original 13 links Rolex Oyster Stainless Steel Bracelet (78360 with 580 end links) with signed clasp,

This fabulous 'one-owner' watch was originally purchased in Cyprus and fully serviced in June/2018
by my authorised (Rolex 20 year service center veteran) watchmaker Constantine (WatchCheck)
in Athens Greece. Guaranteed for 2 years.

Rolex Ref: 1655, Serial Number 5.356.441 Movement Caliber 1570, Movement # D724870

“Freccione” derived from the Italian word for arrow --> freccia,” which is in reference
to its famous Crimson Red arrow-tipped hand.

Stainless steel Oyster Case is approximately 39mm in diameter (excluding crown)
It will fit 8 inches plus wrists.

Super Fat case is in superb condition overall, showing minute unpolished-off spots
of a sparingly worn wristwatch wear from age and light very carefull use.
Lugs are sharp and fat. Original bezel shows light signs of wear from use,
but original paint is intact. Dial is completely original, showing no signs of blotching or damage.
Original hands have patinated to match the hour markers and have a NICE light fade.
Original case back and signed Rolex crown.

Comes with Original Box, Service Warranty Certificate and an appraisal for $24,000 which reflects today's value.
