I believe that I'd like fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, collard or mustard greens simmered with smoked pork chunks, fresh corn on the cob and drop biscuits prepared the way my late grandmother would have. Followed by a good cigar(Cuban H Uppman possibly) and lastly a wee dram or two of Macallan 18.

My childhood favorite, chicken fried steak with white pepper gravy, fried okra, buttered corn bread with pinto beans, an ice cold Coke, and cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Getting hungry thinking about it. :)

I would go to my favourite restaurant, Raymond Blanc in Farnham here in the UK, and order their 8oz fillet steak with dauphininoise potato and heritage carrots along with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne.

As long as I'm eating that sitting next to my Wife, I can die happy afterwards. :)
