Figures... New Model Coming Out

Looks like I was a year too early on my C43 AMG Cabrio.

Check out the new E 53 AMG. Oh well only a 3 year lease so will not be long and I will be shopping again.

This one has jumped to the top of the list for next car. Although every time I see a Porsche I partially regret not getting one last time.

The AMG 53 has been rumored for quite a while. Do you have the AMG Performance Exhaust option in your 43? My GLC43 should arrive into port on Friday so its only a matter of time before I take delivery. Can't wait.

No big deal Mark, they look the exact same anyways.
Besides since your C is lighter, I’m sure performance is the same too!

Yes I ordered the upgraded AMG exhaust and it is awesome One of my favorite features and the cool thing is that I can silent it when I want to.

Congrats on the new arrival. Really like the GLC 43 and it was on the short list. Great all around vehicle. Someday I will grow up and get something other than a convertible...Post some pics when she comes in.

brother! Actually new engine with some kind of electronic boost on a single turbo. Think it is from their F1 technology. You will see it on a bunch of AMG's in the future. The E 53 is 429 HP. So yes not much difference especially with a tune on the 43..

Mark...your car is a stunner! Really not much difference. This played in to my last purchase as well, looking at the latest corvette and mustang. The new versions are coming out soon so I went with the...can’t be duplicated, never go out of style, or next model will be better....version. Stayed with the mustang....’66 fastback. Don’t write off your beautiful car too quickly

Hey Thanks Richard. My wife wants me to buy a sedan or SUV and get a old muscle car or old Corvette! She has been pushing this the last few years. When we met, I owned a small car lot and resto shop and always drove old Vette's, Chevelle's, Camaro's, Mustang's and the like. Hard to beat the sound and feel of a solid lifter cam and double pumper Holley.

I am locked into my lease so cannot move on anything for a while anyways, but I do like the that E53, just a touch longer wheelbase. Hard telling where I will be at in 2 years when the lease is coming up.

Pics of the 66 please!

Omg.

Ummm. I’m not sure exactly how to respond. I prefer modern cars. I’m a bit of a diva.

But this. Wow. Respect. Endless respect. This is an incredible icon of immeasurable excellence and a testament to automotive history. All at the same time.

Between this and your watch collection...

Enjoy. IMHO, you just reached legend status. Can’t wait until we sit and have a good chat.

Much appreciation! And respect back to you! I love automobiles (and yours... ) and watches, young and old...especially when they’re linked to a great lineage! Both machines can be timeless and beautiful! I think a good chat would be awesome! Anytime my man!
