The ULTIMATE which Watch Box reference

Like watches themselves boxes split opinions with many threads asking for reccomendations. All responses express opinion however there is rarely explanations as to why people individuals have such preferences and more often than not they tend to become an expression of wealth more than anything else.

So in the interest of reference let’s put in your ideas only if you have specific reasons behind the recommendations

I’ll start with my 3. In seeking technical specifications all 3 should come in different sizes to accommodate different sized collections. Should be priced between $25-$500. All should have Nice finishes befitting the luxury contents and have pillows that can take all sizes of watches in both wrist size and watch diameter. Lastly all should accomodate leather straps, bracelet and integrated bracelets

Mitch & Marc - Carbon 10 slot watch box
Phase De Lune - Leather travel case
Oakley - Watch Vault

What is it? How much is it, can it take different size watches? Why do you like it?

Don’t laugh. Holds all my watches, pens and other stuff. Gerstner from the 40’s. Having some cone shaped felt covered pieces made to hold bracelet watches in the large bottom drawer.

They don’t make em like they used to, most places. At Gerstner in Ohio they do. Still make, mainly oak, boxes still. They are beautiful.
