Daytona in stock at AD - Schaumburg, IL
FYI...
I stopped by my AD last night to see if a watch I had ordered had come in and to my surprise, he had a TT Daytona w/ white dial sitting in the case. My guy there said it just came in that day and it won't last long. It's at the only Rolex dealer in Woodfield mall in Schaumburg, IL. Happy hunting. |

My AD has one sitting in case for weeks now. It’s a beautiful piece but I don’t think they’re hard to come by

Are great. We need them. But take anything they say with a grain of salt. I see TT Daytonas in my AD's showcase all the time. But that watch is a great value and I really like it. Just because most on here say the SS are better, I say buy what you like. No mark up and it looks amazing.

Not hard t o cone by. At least 3 of the ADs in Tokyo had them, some even had the TT Daytona black dial. It’s the SS that are virtually impossible to find.

It’s fine to let people know what you saw. It is appreciated. It’s just that two tone Daytonas are not rare or in short supply. I bet every AD has at least one.

Rolex delivers TT and PM Daytona all the time. They make far far more profit on them than the SS so they do not produce the SS except as a very rare after-thought.

i don't see many anymore. I don't see PM Daytonas, GMT, Subs either in any AD in London and haven't seen some of them for over a year, just sitting.
It may not be a hot watch, but they are getting bought because there isnt anything else around so they are kind of hot In another way, its as common right now in the US as a sub was last year and those were not sitting endlessly.

And a rose gold on rubber.

Ya TTs come and go but they don't sit around as they once did. It's always a good thing to post any Daytona sightings, so good looking out for fellow TRFs I'm sure many would hope it to be an SS but we all know they never make it to the showcase.

It’s because it’s a TT, I would never feel it was my choice, rather I settled. Which I can and have done, only to correct the issue less or no more than a year. Trading and paying for what I really wanted.

I think the alert was just fine with honest good intentions by the OP. Probably didn't realize the feeding frenzy is for the ceramic SS version so many lust for. With the current situation probably the TT's are moving too, plus maybe somebody is looking for one in the OP's area. I think the OP should be commended for the good intentions. Be kind folks, especially to new members. Cheers!

Thank you for the alert. This C.D.Peacock in Woodfield Mall of Schaumburg had a full YG Daytona with Green dial a few weeks ago. But now it's gone. Somebody bought it, I guess. |

Thank you for the alert! Don't pay attention to "click bait" commentary. That's their problem. This is a Rolex and watch forum, perfectly appropriate and appreciated by many, I'm sure.
