And the world is on fire.

Well if it will blow within 601.000 years this time, it's fine by me.

im from Montana originally... then to Houston. Moving back to Houston.

I wouldn't live in Montana again ever. Nice place to visit though, until the volcano goes off

Houston is nice...only problem for me there is it not a walking town. We use to go there all the time for work ...dine a Papas bro. Then some entertainment down the street when i was much younger. Good times. Lol

Welcome back to the states.

Yes - I can see it now...ADs worldwide will have a “blowout sale”

Get the last Rolex you can own:
Yellowstone Volcano edition.

Hublot will be right behind that with a limited edition - limited to 600,000 pieces.

im fascinated with scientific shows on the subject, but its a certainty for sure... if we last long enough for the sun to swell up and swallow the earth then we better find another planet by then(but i strongly doubt we will last that long), but even the universe will end at some point and all stars will die and the ever expanding cold universe will be left unless of course it collapses on itself again.

Eternity isn't really eternity if it has an end date, no matter how far away that date is.

There are things I can control, and there are things I cannot. This comes in the latter bucket, so I still may shop for a watch or two.

The world is fine now, and the thing has blown up several times before. I think we'll be alright.

Isn't there a made for TV disaster flick about this?

Well, when the time comes, the works will be fine. I doubt the inhabitants will be.

I’m with you there.

But it does make me think the stress and angst I tend to live with are not worth it.

Which Rolex and socks go best with the end of the world from a magma event?

(Asking for a friend.)

The ones that you can do something about might be worth it, if they motivate you to do something good; the rest . . . .

Anyone can drop dead from cardiac arrest at any moment, do you worry about that? I certainly don't.

If the thing blows we're all in the same boat, sh!t happens. Better to go out with a bang, right?

I don’t. But I also do. I realize it makes no sense.

But in the last few years I’ve seen quite a few old friend die for various reasons. It makes me want to appreciate life more, to the best of my ability, before it’s gone.
