Always looking for somewhere new to eat! good to see a lot of "non LA" SoCal places getting some love (Pamona, Agora Hills, North Hollywood, Lancaster, Huntington Beach, etc)

Looks more like a list of places to avoid.

Looks like places you'd eat when fully intoxicated
Not sure if this would make the Michelin Guide :D |

Not sure I would rely on Yelp to generate a list of top restaurants

If you’re in the DC area I recommend Masseria and Officina

best food
Not a state but the southern region. Seafood, various types of bbq, (dry rub, vinegar, ketchup, and my under appreciated favorite mustard) Cajun food, and tex mex. All delicious and worthy contenders.

It seems that the majority in the survey are in California and the southern states.

From my experience as a tourist (random restaurant choice), the best places to eat were Houston and Austin, the worst - NYC and New-Orlean. In the the middle -Brooklyn and LA
