The Club 116506
There is another thread for those wanting or owning one. It's pretty hard to keep track. Curious as to how many actually own or have owned one.

This needs at least one owner’s photo. Iphone photo from the gym. Hopefully some owners can post some better shots.

I will be in the I owned and sold club soon. It’s a great watch but just not comfortable to wear.

I thought about owning it that counts. The issue for me is that I own the preceding number model DAYTONA, the 116505 Rose Gold Daytona and it is so comfortable in its current weight. It is sometimes borderline too heavy to me and I couldn’t justify an upgrade to the 116506 even if the Platona was the same price as The Gold
Beautiful blue, love the exclusivity...

Why's it gone?

For the sake of argument we'll assume that those who aren't "owners" or "no longer own" would include all those. Thanks!!! Hopefully some more owners will chime in with photos! It looks like I'll have to keep bringing this to the light of day to get all the owners to add to the poll. |

It left along with 4 other Rolexes due to a burglary...long story. But the perps were caught, one’s been convicted - the other is awaiting trial. One Rolex was recovered but that Platona, an 1803 Wide Boy and a diamond dialed OP are still on the Rolex theft list. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Reporting for duty. I have personally never been bothered by the weight - I find it perfectly comfortable to wear. In fact my TT and SS watches now feel TOO light... |

Wow, is that 6 out of 8 watches are Daytonas? And 1 of the other 2 is an AP chrono? That's some serious commitment!

I owned the regular one and sold it for the diamond dial. I then sold the diamond one and immediately regretted it. Now I have it back and plan on keeping it!
