Got My Call from my AD for my 116610LV

The AD said they get 2 inquiries a day about the Sub Hulk. They hadn’t seen one in over a year. My personal jewelers recommended me because I am a good customer. That is I’ve purchased a lot of nice jewelry for my wife already. So when a 116610LV came in, I got the call.

Funny thing is I hadn’t decided if I wanted a black Sub date, no date or green.

I passed on the last green sub over a year ago and haven’t stopped kicking myself since. When I got the call I went in and looked at it.

I had gotten a call about a SeaDweller about a week ago and passed it up.

I’m just giddy with my 116610LV. I’d only been on the list about a month.

Sorry I can’t figure out how to upload pics.

If you passed on a green Sub last year, what changed your mind ?
You said didn't know what Sub you wanted, do you genuinely love the green, or is it that it's a hard to find piece and prices are rising, or that it maybe discontinued and fear of missing out.

And this is the problem today, buying a watch as an investment.

Hence why I asked what had changed the mind of the OP from a year ago.

It is very frustrating I cannot upload the pic. Is there any assistance available from any Administrators?

Wobbly, I had thought I “should” buy a black Sub date because it’s the classic. However I own a Omega Seamaster in blue, which I love. The Omega blue is dark and I felt that 2 dark stainless sport watches wasn’t enough variety.

When the call came in yesterday that my AD had a green Sub, I drove there not sure I was going to buy. I called my wife and told her to talk me out of it, she told me I’d regret letting this one pass by.

When I saw the green Sub in the AD, I knew. It’s beautiful, unlike any other watch.
