Tritium labelling on vintage dial and hands

Hi all - long time reader, first time poster

I have a question regarding the tritium used on vintage rolex, and specifically the labeling on the dial. The watch in question is a 1984 Datejust and has no lume on the dial, but does have lume on the hands. Its labelled on the dial as 'Swiss Made' making me believe it was not an original dial (as watches with Tritium were always marked with 'T<25' or similar notation). The dealer has suggested that the dial is marked as 'Swiss Made' because there is no tritium on the dial - but this surprised me as there is tritium on the hands and the purpose of the labeling is to call out the presence of radioactive tritium.

Is it possible to have a 1984 watch with a dial stating 'Swiss Made', while also having tritium hands? If not, is it safe to assume either the hands or the dial have been replaced at some point in the watch's lifetime?

Datejust history....

Swiss=radium
Swiss with underline dial=transitional tritium
T swiss T=tritium= your dial should say in 1984
T swiss made T=tritium
O T swiss OT= now gold and tritium
Swiss made= luminova...

Datejust never had T 25...

The dial was switched out..
