Air kings on NATOs

IMO the Air King is the only real tool watch in the current Rolex line up. No PCLs, just pure function. Like a tool watch was meant to be. Here’s a recent pic of my AK on a NATO. We all know the SS bracelets currently manufactured by Rolex are simply outstanding. But a tool watch looks great on a NATO.

Let’s see who else enjoys their iconic AK on NATOs. Post your pics

Here’s mine

Congrats on your new AK.

I’ve tried many different NATOs like most of us here. The ones I like the best are sold by Hodinkee. They’re thin yet strong and don’t over power the watch. And very comfortable with a quality weave. In fact, just ordered an olive one to highlight the green on the AK. And they are priced right too! FYI, they sell out rather quickly

Thanks. It’s a nice change. I too love the oyster. But this differentiates the AK from my other pieces

I don’t think I’ve seen the air king on a nato before. Looks great! Enjoy

Nice combo meal deal. Still, don’t understand why people think Rolex is a tool watch... with the current hype it most certainly ISN’T anymore. With waiting lists of years and crazy premiums - it’s not a “tool watch” anymore, rather people look at it as an investment or a luxury hard to get piece. Oh, let’s not forget all the London crime of mugging these watches straight from people’s hands... yes a “tool watch”. Now go be a man and bang that watch on the door (you would cry your eyes off). If you want a tool watch I would recommend Casio or something smh

Nevertheless, I like what you’ve done with the nato strap

That looks awesome, when I had my AK I never thought of putting it onto a NATA. I think a Kaki green NATO would look knock out.

Get the bezel radial brushed and it will be even more of a tool watch.
