Too much blue ? 26331 and SkyD ?

Hello all....

I have both the 26331 ROC in blue and the blue faced SkyD. I enjoy both, the SkyD for its complication and usefulness (yes I know some may differ on that) and the 26331 for its bracelet and feel. However at times feel like they are pretty similar in the way I wear them (mostly daily).

I'm thinking of moving one along for something different. Possibly a ROO 42 or something else.

If you had both which one would you keep ? and what would you suggest for an equal value replacement that would complement the other in a daily rotation?

My only other piece is a RG DD40.

TIA for the suggestions

Maybe you can do a dial swap?

I'd move the 26331 ROC for a ROO (44 if you have the wrist for it) and continue to use the SkyD as your daily.

I actually had a 44 ROO and can certainly pull it off (wrist is 7") and although I loved it, I found that I did not wear it as much. It didn't really fit under the cuff at work and was strictly a casual piece for me. I am moving towards watches that I can actually wear often. If they sit...they have to go !

Don't sell brother. These are great watches and you will regret it. Read all the threads of sellers remorse. My advice is next time you want a new watch, buy something with a black dial to balance out the collection.

Agree with all the above, I'd wear the SkyD on weekdays and the 44 on W/E if cuffs are an issue. As long as you wear it every week that is regular usage for me, I often go a month without wearing one in my rotation.

I agree that a two watch collection could use another dial color. But trade only if you know what you want, otherwise it could be a costly endeavour.

Are you looking for a metal bracelet or a rubber strap? Casual or dressy or sporty? The 42mm ROO could work, see 26480TI, but it’s also a blue dial.

Would keep the 2 you have for now. Solid collection.

I would keep both. You’ve got the RG DD for something different. If I had to trade one; I would trade the SkyD for a Pepsi or a Daytona, if you don’t mind two cronos. The ROO is too big for my taste, but yours may differ.

I traded my blue skyd for a white plus cash, and couldn't be happier. The white is great!

Ya too much blue, it's just fashion trend, they are already moving on to burgundy and green. Do you want a fashion current watch or a timeless one? Trade one of them for a classic and timeless black dial.
