Identify womens Rolex
Hi,
I currently only have this bad image of this watch which has a Rolex logo. Have no idea if it's fake or real. Any ideas regarding model? Best |

Oyster Perpetual, as it says on the dial.
However, this may not be an authentic Rolex.

Doesn’t resemble the ladies OPs I’ve seen in the past. The bezel doesn’t add up with the dial.
Maybe it’s been cobbled together from parts or had a dial transplant/refinish? Where did you get the picture? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Thanks, the picture comes from my mother who just got an iPhone (it's 2019 and it's her first phone).
There's a long story behind the watch and she had it since the 90's. Ive been trying to find the correct dial which has proven to be quite hard (currently searching "rolex oyster perpetual vintage arrow dail"). I assume the basic things to look for are the arrows and the numbers on the dail? thanks |

The bubbleback watch case in the image is much, much older than the 90's, possibly late 30's or 40's with machined radial bezel, if original
A Rolex would have a reference number on the case side or inside the case back. This dial may have no relationship to the original.

Thanks, bubbleback was a good search, have a look at this — i find them very similar.
I was just told that theres a number on the side where the wristband connects — 5015 (however my mothers eyes arnt the best and I sent her an image where to look, the watch on that image had 5015, so cant verify 100% that the ref. no is correct.) |

Ok, bumping my own thread here — anyone who has any idea if this could be a real rolex or any other suggestions?

Both watches are FAKES.
They are Chinese-made counterfeit Rolex bubble back watches, and nothing on them is genuine Rolex... |

Thanks for getting back, what are the significant things that reveals that they are both fake?
The dial? |
