I guess I'm metrosexual as well because my rings ALWAYS match my watches.
My main wedding band is platinum & diamonds w/YG accents so it goes with all TT watches. I wear my grandfathers YG ring with my YG GMT and I have a plain ss band I bought for my ss watches. I also wear a bracelet on my right wrist occasionally and have 3 so I can match my watch as well.

I have a SS ExpyII (White Face). My wedding band is Gold as is my College Ring with Fraternity Crest on stone.
However, I should point out that I usually do not wear my rings. Only once or twice a month for dressy events, etc.

I believe in matching jewelry, so yes, my two tone matches my YG wedding and engagement rings.

Her engagement ring is on the right and matching wedding band is on the left. If you look at the bottom of the pic, you can see her wedding band on left holding the bouquet. You think I could have gotten away with one ring?

Here's a photo of my wedding band. It's a Tiffany & Co. Black/Blue Titanium & Silver band. It's perfect for all the watches I own. Whether its my Glycine Luganare w/ Black rubber band, my Panerai Luminor Base Destro w/ leather band or my SS Sub. I often get compliments on my wedding band from both Women and Men.
I also have a Gold wedding band with a 1/2 carat diamond that I will 1 day pair with a Gold watch. I'll take photos with me wearing my watches with my wedding band and post later on. |

No, I do not worry after 30 years of marriage as to if my wedding band matches my watch. Our wedding rings are YG and were made by a good friend so they are special. Years ago when my fingers swelled from Rheumatoid Arthritis, I had to stop wearing the ring. Now we each bought new rings with WG and diamonds to wear to celebrate are union and love for each other. To me that's all that matters(actually I'm surprised she's put up with me for all these years) !!!

I can't think of anything else which would compel anyone who was of sound mind to write such a stupid post. You need to change your screen name to "TACKY" instead of Techy! I have no doubt others will come up with a more witty retort so I'll just say I'm am very happy you are not married because I would feel eminently sorry for the poor gal who got duped into marrying such a tool as yourself. I'll make sure I wave at you when the short bus comes to get you. p.s. Don't forget to wear your helmet!

Wow!! Obviously this guy has not met the right woman. There are some serious issues in place here. My wife does not give me lists, Nor does she Nag. I don't have to ask for her permission, but I will keep her posted on my plans. I'm married, but I too can take off to any place I wish (NBA All-Star weekend in Phoenix) @ any time. If you meet the LOVE of your life, (or the right woman who will put up with your shit.) everything becomes better. And really, the only thing that matters is your Wife and family!!! PERIOD!!
You can have the Huge house, fancy cars and all the watches in the world. But you have nothing if you don't have someone special to share it with!!! Oh and btw, Tecky might wanna stop looking for women in nightclubs or stripclubs. Don't think you'll be finding any worthy partners there. But who knows, maybe you'll find a diamond in the rough!! Well, I wish you luck being single for the rest of your life and enjoy globetrotting around the world.......ALONE Quote:

THANK YOU! I forgive you, sir. You see NitroRacer..... Very very ANGRY man there. Most sane men always laugh at jokes about marriage cuz what I say is true and funny, and they know it too. But you see he is NOT laughing. Hmmmmm??? Most married men do when other men(single or married) crack jokes or speak about the subject of marriage. Do you see the name calling and irrational behavior there? Angry Angry man...Hmmmm??? He probably beats his wife, cuz he hates his life and his marriage. Oh and sir! I rather be a MONKEY and TACKY then be you! and to answer your questions! Yes, my parents did drop me on my head (at a 45' // degree angle!)when I was a baby. No, you cant wave at me when the short bus drives by cuz, I dont drive my kid brother to school anymore. But you can check out some pictures of me online as an Asst. Coach volunteer and driver for the 2009 Winter Special Olympics Games that I just got back from in Idaho! OH! and I also saved alot of money by switching my car insurance to GEICO............ Sincerely, TACKY oh! I mean... Tecky |

I got married a long time before I bought a Rolex. My wedding ring is gold. Rolexes are stainless steel. My wedding ring is more important and I had not given it any thought about matching my watches.

No need for insults? So why would you post that asinine garbage about women in the first place and insult every female member of this forum? |

Oh - to answer the original question.... I don't wear a wedding band and neither does my husband, so it's not an issue.

To Whom it may Concern:
To Whom it may Concern:
I did NOT say ALL women!... Did I... No, I did NOT. You know very well that "most" married men can not buy anything or do anything without consulting his wife first (well he can. but I bet he'll take heat for it). And I KNOW You've ALL talked trash about men in your lifetime, and if you say NO you are a liar! Im NOT insulting you. I am Voicing my personal Opinion and What I have seen and experienced. There are great awesome women and there are those that are NOT! Just like men! and if you are NOT one of those types of women WHY should it offend you??? or other women??? Did I post the Message that was for NitroRacer to "YOU" or to "ALL" women, NO. I don't think so. Have a wonderful week! But! if you are one of those types of women, Go jump in the lake! |

That is HILARIOUS Tecky!! That's about right! You're Right on the $$$ with that one! Plus, women tend to go for the Jugular in Divorces! The Gloves come off with them! They fight DIRTY! But, not all women are like that..... My wife is laughing at your post right now, Tecky! She even knows it's true! Anyways, back to the subject! My 2nd wife and I wear matching bands and Patek's. |
