My first Rolex which have taken quite some effort and time to restore to this condition. I owe some members here great gratitude for all the help they given me. This baby will never leave me now.

I know it's not a perfect watch but it's perfect to me.

Probably my beater 16750...

I love the vibe of the watch. That's right "THE VIBE".

Haven't got it yet! Still got years to go, it'll probably be a 16610.

I now wish that I had held onto the first Rolex that I ever bought.

It was a S/S Submariner which I purdcahesd from an AD in London during the mid 80's.

Oh, hindsight is such a beautiful thing!!

Here's my 3 mil. 5512. Took me forever to find one with virtually untouched lugs and pristine, matching dial/hands. It lives on a '73 stamped USA rivet bracelet, matching the watch year. Got the fattest-font insert I could find. You should never say never ... but I'm saying never! This one's a keeper.

My forever watch because it was my father's and he has passed: Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1338856291.425938.jpg

My bride suggested I get this one so I can wear my dad's for special occasions:Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1338856576.705697.jpg

They both have "special" meaning and I can honestly say I believe that they will both be with me until I pass them on to my children or godchildren.

Would have to be my first Rolex sub. I'm not sure I could find one I like any better than this. And thanks to one of the TRF members for help in finding. It makes me smile whenever I wear it, which is quite often. Here's a pic from Cape Cod...

The watch dad left me:

I wear it every single day..and if I have to take it off for any periods of time because of the job I do, then it's in my pocket - never leaves me. Wonder if I could ever wear another watch???

Probably this 1680. Bought it a year ago. Birthyear watch with box and papers, including
the original sales receipt and several service receipts from 80's and 90's. I'm the third
owner of the watch. First owner bought it in 1980 at Mappin & Webb (UK) and owned it until some time in the 2000s.
