anyone wanna help out a 23 year old guy wanting to get into the rolex game

im dying for a 16610 and am having a hard time finding one out my way (toronto, canada) looking in the 4000-4500 range IF possible. if not then i can make arrangements.

i have to get it shipped to buffalo though and pick it up there. Anyone familiar with the seller : Cayce?
