Could not resist another 16570
I came across this watch and could not resist. The price was right (a lot higher than what I paid for my polar), M serial number and the 3186 movement. Serviced by Rolex last month and comes with two year Rolex warranty.
I did switch the bracelet with a SubC glidelock bracelet. Nice match for my 16570 polar. |

Could not resist another 16570
Awesome. Excellent find. And that lume!!!!
Even though the glide lock clasp is absolutely fantastic, on my Polar I actually prefer the old bracelet. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I never thought that I will like the black dial 16570 as much as I am. Maybe, it’s new additional and will get few days of wrist time and my attention. |

With the SS shortage, the prices on these have shot up tremendously. Can’t imagine asking price on these 5 digits, as good as they are for someone like me with <7” wrist is sustainable.
Then again, I have witnessed, experienced and heard everything folks will do to acquire Rolex SS watches. |

I need the glidelock on my 126710. It drives me nuts, I can’t get it right, ever. The 16750 really is a comfortable watch. Perfect weight, dimensions, slides right under the cuff. I love the size of the winding crown, unobtrusive relative to the trip-lock. Loving your black dial right now. Enjoy them both! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Congratulations. The under-the-radar 16570 is a great choice.
I agree the Glide Lock adds comfort to the five digit sport watches. During the non-winter months, I use one on my Polar 16570. |

My polar 16570 has been my weekend watch. Light, SS bezel, leather or oyster bracelet and I don’t have to worry about scratches and nicks. Bezel and crystal are relatively inexpensive to replace compared to the ceramic ones.

Congratulations.
Like the look of the Polar on a strap too. Might think about that as an option for mine. |

Love the 16570 in black. I wish I had kept mine. It looks particularly awesome on Nato.

Nice. Congratulations.
I wouldn't mind that bracelet on my 42mm. Not that I need it. But I'd still like it. |

The new black dial 16570 has not left my wrist all day today. For some reason, I prefer the black dial. I am surprised I said that. I gravitate more towards non-sub black dial/bezel type of watches. One exception to that has been the GMT IIc LN.
Now I am thinking of adding a 16710 to my collection as the 5 digit fit is perfect and I am assuming the glidelock bracelet will fit the 16710 as well. |
